Description:
- External Reporting
- Prepare VAT-declaration for Sweden, Finland and Norway (in collaboration with external consultants)
- Prepare INTRASTAT Reporting for imports and exports within EU
- Prepare and/or monitor declarations for confectionary taxes in Finland and Norway
- Preparation of or assistance with other external reports
- Management Reporting
- Prepare daily sales report for all Nordic markets
- Periodic sales and gross profit analysis and reporting to local management
- Monthly sales reporting in corporate management information system COGNOS controller
- (Management-) Accounting
- Handling and booking of accruals for trade-rebates and -promotions
- Handling and booking of payments for sales returns
- Handling and booking of credit card bills and expense reports
- Reconciliation of net sales (NNTS) between SAP FI, CO and SD modules
- Reconciliation of inventory (finished goods, packaging material) with 3rd-party warehouse
- Maintain SAP FI/CO module (chart of accounts, cost center, internal orders etc.)
Candidate profile:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting etc. or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Controlling department preferred,
- Competence and skills
- Accounting and Controlling Knowledge
- Excellent MS Excel Knowledge
- SAP Knowledge is an advantage, but not a necessity
- Knowledge of foreign languages
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (corporate language)
