Description:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process
- Manage multiple accounts on a Swedish and Nordic level
- Interview potential candidates on a daily basis
- Develop and implement procedures to stream line the teams work processes
- Prospect and develop new clientele
- Attend networking events to increase your profile

Candidate profile:
- Strong commercial and sales experience
- Driven and enthusiastic attitude
- Knowledge of sales cycles
- The ability to manage constant sales pipelines
- Knowledge of the Stockholm business market
- Recruitment experience will be highly regarded but not essential
