About our client:
Our client is a leading global provider of next-generation business collaboration and communications solutions, providing unified communications, real-time video collaboration, contact center, networking and related services to companies of all sizes around the world.

Description:
- Collect cost information including suppliers invoices, quotations, engineers labour cost and etc, from various sources to support monthly invoicing
- Manipulate data using advanced Excel functions such as V lookups and Pivot Tables to organise information and create reports
- Assist with commercial reporting and perform ad hoc commercial analysis and reports when requested
- Liaison with other teams within the contract (Operations, Buying, Service desk, Finance and Account Payable)
- Alongside the Commercial Team, provide support to the operations team with regards to contractual commercial requirements, and any related commercial implications of non performance

Candidate profile:
- Proactive
- Hard worker
- Team worker
- Advanced knowledge of excel
- Advanced knowledge of a facilities management or construction working environment
- Swedish is a must
