-Developing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates and clients
-Establishing and delivering flexible, solution oriented recruitment strategies as the market requires
-Enhancing the brand opportunity through industry events, networking and partnership opportunities
-Educating and influencing the industry around recruitment and retention strategies and challenges

Candidate profile:
-Strong initiative to succeed and be apart of a winning culture
-Previous experience with in a sales orientated position
-The ability to communicate to clients of all levels
-Previous experience within recruitment will be highly regarded
-Enjoy commercial business
