About our client:
On behalf of our client, a leading IT service provider, we seek to recruit an HR Associate to provide full HR operational support for designated business areas within the organisation. This role will report to the HR Director Global Accounts & EMEA Corporate functions and will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Description:
The person will support Managers and Employees with a range of HR Operational activities. They will be required to liaise with colleagues across the EMEA region and corporate HR colleagues in the US.
The main responsibilities will be to review the HR Operational efficiency within the HR department and drive and execute improvements in the processes, policies and procedures within the HR function.
Candidate profile:
The suitable candidate will be required to:
- Have 2-4 years of solid HR experience
- Apply existing knowledge of HR Operational best practice
- Possess good data management skills
- Be proactive and have a focused working style
- Collaborate and work closely with other members of the HR team
- Liaise and negotiate with employees and managers of all levels within the business
- Have great attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid HR Administration experience
- High standard of verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
- IT proficient
