JUNIOR CONTROLLER   (M/F)

About our client:
Our client is a service company with its Nordic office based in Stockholm.

On behalf of our client we are now looking for a Junior Controller to assist the Finance department. The position primarily reports to a Senior Controller and is located in central Stockholm. The position is a temporary assignment for 8 months.

Description:
- Responsible for ensuring quality in the financial monthly reporting analysis
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards
- Responsible for calculating and reporting accruals every month
- Involved in Budget, Forecast and Financial planning process
- Developing and suggesting improvements to financial reporting standards - Manage ad-hoc projects related to finance
- Travelling within the Nordic countries may occur on a monthly basis

Candidate profile:
- University degree in Business Administration
- 2 years of experience within accounting or controlling
- analytical with ability to initiate and drive changes, improvements and ways of working
- Proactive, autonomous and good interpersonal skills is a must
- Strong accounting skills, self-confident and a business orientated personality
- IT skills and in particular the use of spreadsheets (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Swedish
