Description:
-Identify key client relationships through research, leveraging existing long term relationships and business development calls to establish our service
-Sell a full suite of specialised solutions to both clients and candidates eager to hire top talent in the areas of finance & accounting
-Represent, identify and manage key candidate and job seekers
-Recruit top desirable talent in the marketplace both on a temporary and full time basis
-Demonstrate the ability to differentiate our specialised staffing solutions to key clients and candidate
-Sell multi-channel solutions to clients providing a consultative approach to provide the best service to our client and candidates
-Conduct in-depth reference checks to understand the skill sets of our candidates
-Manage the client relationship and manage the entire life-cycle for identifying a client, servicing their needs and delivering top talent
-Drive client and candidate meeting to establish deeper relationships with both clients and candidates, providing your expertise in the marketplace
