About Our Client
Our client is leading Nordic distributor of construction equipment. Local office is based in Upplands Väsby.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Manage order flow and conduct follow ups
- Work with returns, invoicing and customer surveys
- Follow-up on stock level and transportation process
- Constantly update customers and take preventive measures where it is needed
- Work together with the sales representatives to give customers the best service
The Successful Applicant
In order to be successful in this recruitment process, candidates are expected to fulfill the following requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of the order process
- Good understanding of IT systems (order systems and supplier systems knowledge)
- Fluency in English and Swedish
