About Our Client
Company is a leading player within its niche on a consumer market.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Maintain communication with company's partners with regards to orders
- Update orders in the SAP system on a daily basis
- Work with returns and price quotations
- Coordinate all deliveries with logistics team
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives
- Provide detailed sales reports to management team
The Successful Applicant
In order to be successful in this recruitment process, candidates are expected to fulfill the following requirements:
- Have strong customer service skills
- Good knowledge of order administration process in large ERP system (for example SAP or Oracle)
- Have good skills at Excel
- Fluency in English and Swedish
